I really like this photo, first off, because ladybugs are my favorite insect :aww: Secondly, it's apparent that you’ve thought about the subject (ladybug) and tried to make it stand out as much as possible through lighting, and colors of it's surroundings, which adds to the overall impression of the photo. I'd also like to add that you've used just the right focus, because the everything about the lady bug is in detail with no blurry spots. The blurriness at the bottom of the image is good because it draws the viewer's eyes to the focused sections (i.e. the ladybug which is the main thing here). Although I have to admit, the dark blue gives a sad feeling and it looks a bit lonely, like the lady bug is all alone with no company. It's really good when a photograph conveys emotion and I like that alot  I think this photo represents all the small aspects of our world that we do not see everyday, but they are magical and beautiful when noticed. If I were to improve or change anything, I would crop the photo into a square around the ladybug and leave out the furry leaf on the top right corner, because I personally find that a bit distracting. Overall, this photo has a lot of charm and beauty, and very very well done

Thanks
Yes, I thought about a square crop, I am unsure why I did not do that :)

It's okay, it's amazing no matter how it's cropped
